Job Description

 

Job Title:

Client Accounts Administrator

Position reports to:

 

Line Manager

 

Job Purpose Summary:

 

To provide first point of contact for enquiries, administer client accounts and provide support to colleagues and Company Directors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Opening and closing the Woodbridge office on a daily basis.
  • Provide telephone and email ‘first point of contact support for existing clients and prospective clients.
  • Record all client contact on company’s electronic Customer Management System (eCMS).
  • Collate and distribute product information/documentation to existing & prospective clients.
  • Setup new clients on eCMS.
  • Liaise with colleagues to arrange product demonstrations and trials.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to implementing new orders, renewal orders and client invoicing.
  • Perform data input/management tasks.
  • Where appropriate, forward enquiries and support requests to relevant colleagues.
  • Assist Company Directors as necessary.
  • Support, and provide cover as required for the Customer Support Manager.

 

Hours of Work:

 

09:00 – 17:00 Monday - Friday

 

Remuneration:

 

£15,000 - £20,000 per annum

 

Holiday Entitlement:

 

28 days
